CARELL’S Q-SERIES PLATE ROLLS are now available in fully hydraulic as well as electro-mechanical powered versions to match your shop requirements. QI Hydraulic machines are available with NC/CNC controls. Mechanical Q41 Series are available with programmable positioners.

STANDARD FETURES QI & Q41 SERIES 4 ROLL PLATE ROLLS:
• Top & Pinch Rolls both powered in rotation
• Bending rolls powered up/down with push button controls
• Pinch roll up/down is hydraulic on QI Models, manual or powered on Q41 Models
• Drop End Yoke is hydraulic on QI Models, manual or powered on Q41 Models
• Top roll raises upward to facilitate finished part removal
• Lateral rolls move on direct linear guides, virtually maintenance free, fewer moving parts
• All rolls are journaled in multiple tapered roller bearings with forced lubrication
• Controls in 24VAC low voltage, push button actuated on mobile operator console
• Safety surround trip wire, drop end guard and E-Stop palm buttons are standard
• Frames are single weldment design and heavily reinforced to eliminate torque stress
• NO CASTING are used on our main-frames and carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty
