TSI SERIES POWERED INITIAL PINCH PLATE ROLLS

Description

The Carell TSI Series
is a 3 roll, single initial pinch plate bending machine with precision adjustment of lateral bending roll and powered rotation of upper and lower pinch rolls using high efficiency motor/reduction unit. They are designed to work with 16 GA x 48” wide material in capacity.

STANDARD FEATURES
• Frames heavy solid steel alloy sheet, CNC machined and stress relieved
• Lateral roll, idle and moving on roller bearings
• Pinch roll positioning via heavy duty screw jacks with single manual hand wheel
• Manual drop end top roll yoke (w/ lock out safety switch and set lock)
• Lateral roll movement via precision heavy duty worm gear and manual wheel crank or optionally powered up/down by efficient drive train system
• Lateral bending roll is adjustable in incline for cone rolling
• Bending & pinch roll equipped with analog digital counters for repeat reference position
• Low voltage foot pedal stand for CW/CCW rotation with E-stop palm button
• Multi point safety system including circumferential trip wire
